In conventional restaurant management, captains take order on a paper, gives ti to the waiter for making its entry with the operator and then takes it to the kitchen, bar or pantry etc.With CaptainPad PDA, we can take orders on a wireless touch-pad that is handheld. The captain has to just add the item and order from his PDA device, instantly the KOT / BOT comes out at their respective departments. Likewise it reflects on the cash counter machines (server)
